If you didn't do that, then your payment arrangement ended and you didn't make a payment, and AT&T will be very not happy with you for not meeting a payment arrangement.

I set up a payment arrangement and they suspended me telling me there is nothing in the system about the arrangement. I know it has nothing to do with being past the due date because I had to set up a payment plan before and it was past the due date. I have the proof that the payment plan was set up.
