Hey there, thank you!! Nerves are normal, you will be okay! The last two days, I mostly did review. I reviewed the free 120s, read a bit of rapid review from first aid, and read through some review sheets I made throughout studying, listened to a podcast on risk factors.

New free 120 is much closer to the real deal. Old free 120 is quite straightforward and much less tough than the new one. But still it is good for practice. I’ve seen people mention using Old and New versions of the Step 2 Free 120.

Took Step 2 yesterday - old 120 was very easy, new 120 was more vague and felt more like the exam. I'd do both incase a question comes up on the real deal (I saw only 1 word for word question on the real thing).
90% on Free 120, score conversion for 2ck? Got a 90% today on Free 120, 6 days out. My prior UWSA/NBME's ranged from 268-279, hoping to match that on the real deal. The calculator is a bit demoralizing, plugging in my free 120 score drops the predicted score by 5 points (270->265). Any insight/predictions regarding my free 120?
Took Step 2 yesterday - old 120 was very easy, new 120 was more vague and felt more like the exam. I'd do both incase a question comes up on the real deal (I saw only 1 word for word question on the real thing). I got a 82% on the free 120, and scored a 268. I'm not sure about the reliability of correlation between it and the real exam though. UWSA 2 predicted me the best at 264. 84% on it and 257 on the real exam 3 days later. 73% on free120, 251 on step. Probably better idea with more tests using the score predictor though, the one at the top of this ... To be fair, it's not called free 120 on the website! Don't be afraid for asking a basic question - we're all here to help each other out. Don't take the responses from other people who are harsh too seriously! I got 75% on the new Free120, 257 on the real deal. Tutors have posted a lot and said free 120 is for style of questions that are like nbme and more practice questions. For score range it’ll be 10-15 points from your most recent test score. I got 74% on Free 120, scored 236 in real deal.

Reasonable-Score-21. •. I didn’t take this new one but I think it’s more difficult because the current actual step 2 (in my opinion) is different then previous ones. I took it yesterday and it really was a different test than the NBMEs and the (old) new free 120. Different concepts tested and just felt alot harder.
